Worked as a Restaurant Expert for several Leading Hotels of the World, Sommelier at a Leading European *** Michelin Star Restaurant, Department Head at the World’s Best Large Cruise Line Company, Lecturer in Wine & Beverage Management and Leadership Advisor at one of Switzerland’s Leading Private Hotel Management Schools, Lecturer at the Original Swiss Finishing School. He holds a Certified Hospitality Educator and Wine Expert, Sommelier Diploma.Â
