Worked as a Restaurant Expert for several Leading Hotels of the World, Sommelier at a Leading European *** Michelin Star Restaurant, Department Head at the World’s Best Large Cruise Line Company, Lecturer in Wine & Beverage Management and Leadership Advisor at  one of Switzerland’s Leading Private Hotel Management Schools, Lecturer at the Original Swiss Finishing School. He holds a Certified Hospitality Educator and Wine Expert, Sommelier Diploma. 

Dietmar specializes in tailor made training solutions for clients who have very high expectations and standards in the field of Hospitality service excellence. Certified, accomplished and knowledge in all facets, he works with each client individually to develop unique training programs customized to enhance presence and to distinguish them from others. His hands on workshops, seminars and coaching sessions are aimed at “improving the performance”.
